Warranty and Liability

Nu-way Products will be supplied with a two-year guarantee from date of installation and commissioning against faulty design, materials and workmanship.

In the event of a warranty claim, The supplier will advise Nu-way the nature of the claim and Nu-way will supply a replacement Nu-way Product or the affected component part.

The replacement part or Nu-way Product will be delivered to the site where the Nu-way Product is installed.

The cost of the replacement part, together with all packaging and freight costs associated with its delivery will be at Nu-way’s expense. All costs associated with fitting the replacement part will be at the customer’s expense.

At the request of Nu-way any Nu-way Product or component part subject to a warranty claim will be returned to Nu-way. All packaging and freight costs associated with the return of the faulty component or Nu-way Product will be at Nu-way’s expense.

The Nu-way Product can be supplied with an additional 4-year insurance cover (6 years in total). The cost of this cover is a single payment of £200 per heat pump, paid within 1 month of the date of commissioning. This cost will be subject to an annual review.

The current system of grants is administered by the BERR under the Microgeneration scheme. Their websites contain the most up to date information and we advise that you check these throughly.
